Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds
we do not refund the 10% charity donation on ANY order!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed after purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
We try our best to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow 7-10 working days for your return to be processed.

Unfortunately we do not offer free postal returns - you will have to pay for the postage of a returning item unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you would like is to return the item you have, and in your initial contact email R.E. an exchange, explicitly state which other product you would like to exchange it for. Items sent back for exchange may only be done so once, and the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again or refunded. Items can only be exchanged for items of the same price and are subject to stock availability. 
If the price or exchanging product type is different (swapping a T-shirt for a sweatshirt), you will be refunded and you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 
All items returned for exchange must be returned in a saleable condition with the original order confirmation (if not sent via email). If orders are not returned as such, unfortunately an exchange cannot be made and the original item will be returned to you.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
